I love using Samsung SGH-i780 (Blackjack II). I think this is the fantastic smartphone PDA. The only problem when using this Samsung SGH i780 is about the volume is not so loud, that's why sometimes I can not hear the ring tone or any notification sound. But now, I found tweak code to make the volume become more louder than before.

I've got the information from this blog, they said the information from Gavin. Samsung SGH-i780 have a tweak code and have to type at the phone mode and insert this code:

*#0002*28346#

After typing the code, then it will automatically go to SGH-i780 MIRAGE.
Press Menu in the right bottom, choose Normal > Handset

At my Samsung SGH-i780, I would like to make only the ring tone louder, so I change the DAC from 0db to 7.5db and RVOL from 1.5db to 7.5db. After change the value, we have to press Menu > Apply at the right bottom. Because if you directly press ok, then the value will not change. Better to make it sure by open and see whether it already change or not. Some people said we have to restart the Samsung SGH-i780 after change the value, but at my i780, the volume already become louder without have to restart.

You can try change the other value for talking and listening the phone from Menu > Talking and choose what you want to change:
TX - to adjust how loud people will hear your voice
RX  - to adjust how loud you can hear the other people voice.

With this tweak, we can adjust almost all voice at Samsung SGH-i780, such as ring tone, speaker phone, notification, media player.
