Yahoo Mail is the famous email service. This is free service for everyone. We can use almost all email functions that available inside Yahoo Mail. Yes, you right, almost mean there are some email functions that we cannot use for free when we use Yahoo Mail. But for average users, maybe the free functions already enough.

About 3 years ago, Yahoo start to give more service for members by give additional functions for Yahoo Mail, known as Yahoo Mail Plus. This services give for all member who use Yahoo.com domain. So, what is the advantage when we use Yahoo Mail Plus?. The quotation bellow will tell the answer (quote from Yahoo.com):

If any of your disposable email addresses starts getting spam, you can simply delete the address and messages sent there start bouncing instead of filling up your account.

I my self already use Yahoo Mail Plus service about 2 years from now, and I have to say that it is worth to try if you are kind of people who so much use email for your communication to others. With only pay less than $20 every year, we can have a lot of facility. I really like using POP3 & SMTP Yahoo Mail service. So I can download the email from many email software, at my computer also at my smartphone.

The SMTP service also awesome. I can send email with email software such us Mozilla Thunderbird with different identity. By the way, I'm not use different email identity for negative used, I use different identity to tell where I am, such us from my company email address or also my community email address.

Yahoo also already prepare the SMTP for not to use for spam, if we want to make Yahoo SMTP send from other identity beside Yahoo.com address, than Yahoo need to verification first to make sure the address is live and really our own address. This is what I like from Yahoo, they already think about any good or bad possibility.

Well, some of my friend also use POP3 at Yahoo for free, but the domain is not main Yahoo.com domain, it's use other Yahoo domain such as Yahoo.com.sg or others. But I'm not sure about it, because I never use other than Yahoo.com email.
